Directions
Sending timely, helpful industry updates and economic insights are just some ways advisors can inform and educate clients.
However, great advisors show there's more to their client relationships than simply watching markets. They know hard-mailing correspondence leaves a lasting impression. They also diligently watch for information that's relevant to their client's lives beyond just market movements, connecting with them in ways to deepen service to clients and trust from clients while showing they truly care.
Speaker
Paul Kingsman, Ash Brokerage
As Ash Brokerage’s National Director of Practice Management, Paul Kingsman works directly with financial advisors. He helps them focus on what matters most, gain control of their business and succeed sooner. Paul is a sought-after expert on being distraction-proof. He trained for 13 years to swim a two-minute backstroke event at the Olympic Games, and won the bronze medal by only four one-hundredths of a second. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2001. During that time, he's spoken to many advisor groups and coached a number of them individually. Most recently he was with a wealth management firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an Olympic medalist, he knows best principals and processes to succeed in a highly competitive environment. As a former financial advisor, he understands what works in the real world, teaching practical, actionable solutions to advisors' everyday challenges.
