Program
Spotting Tax Issues and Opportunities
Tax planning is often more about spotting issues first, then taking the opportunity to solve. This program will help participants become more comfortable with identifying issues and opportunities in 3 major areas most clients will encounter: estate and gift planning, IRAs both traditional and Roth and Charitable Contributions. These topics continue to come up and are misunderstood by clients and their financial advisors.

- Transportation
Speakers
Brian Nuttall, CPA, JD, Founder/Owner, Elevate CPA Group
In addition to tax and accounting expertise, Brian brings a legal understanding to the table, giving his clients critical perspective in the face of complicated challenges. In helping RIA firms grow, his extensive knowledge allows him to advise on a range of solutions. He looks out for his clients and isn’t afraid to speak truth when needed—yet is beloved for his easy laugh. Brian grew up in Boulder and graduated from the Univeristy of Colorado Business School in 1993. He earned his law degree and passed the bar exam in 1996. Brian has served on several charitable boards over the years and is currently working with the The Robert and Kathleen Dobkin Intuitive Foundation. He has previously served on the boards of Dental Aid, Volunteer Connection of Boulder County, Boulder Preparatory High School, and the Colorado Society of CPAs.
