• How to use reverse mortgages from planning ahead for younger clients to high need clients

Christine Jensen has spent the last 27 years specializing in mortgage lending. She is a CRMP, a CMPS, a CSA, and a Producing Branch Manager for Fairway. She loves working with the 62 plus age group and helping them select the best financing options for themselves as well as for their families. Given the misconceptions about reverse mortgages, Christine educates clients and industry professionals alike about the new guidelines and their improved safety features. Her purpose in utilizing reverse mortgages is to expand options for her clients as they approach their retirement years, and to help them increase their wealth by incorporating all assets at their disposal. 

 Harlan has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and has worked with all types of loans. His specialty and favorite has always been working amongst the 62 plus age group with over 1,000 Reverse Mortgages which has been the most rewarding part of his career. He is now the Reverse Mortgage Director for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. His presentations will give you a very different perspective.
